Description
The Phoenix Center offers a variety of groups and services. Since opening inmany services have been added and the staff and board are constantly monitoring the community in terms of needs.
If there is a group or service that you would like to see added, please let us know! Intake by appointment. Adults only. M-F 9 a.
S pringfield Ha rm R eduction I nitiative project allows us to reach out to those using injection drugs. For those living outside the City of Springfield or without transportation we deliver harm reduction supplies and Narcan and we can bring testing to you as well. Call for 2U services.
A support group for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, and queer youth and their allies ages Meets every Friday from pm. A group for transgender individuals, their partners, family members, and friends.
Meets the third Thursday of every month pm. A group for parents of transgender children of any age.
Meets the first Monday of every month pm. Professional in-service trainings are available to learn more about LGBTQ specific terminology, issues, medical disparities, and what you can do to create change.
